Aeroponics
Aeroponics is a growing method where plant roots are suspended in an air or mist environment without the use of soil in a highly-oxygenated growing chamber within one or more Aeroponic Systems.
The roots are bathed with ideal levels of nutrients, water and oxygen, so the plants grow significantly faster, are healthier and have a much higher nutrient content than plants grown in just soil or within Hydroponic Systems.

A majority of Indoor Gardeners favor Aeroponic Systems over other methods of Hydroponic Gardening because the increased aeration of nutrients in a solution delivers more oxygen to plant roots, stimulating faster growth and helping to prevent disease within the plant. The design of Aeroponic Systems also allow ease of working with the plants as well. This results from the separation of the plants from each other in the individual pods, and the fact that the plants are suspended in air and the roots are free, make the harvesting of individual plants quite simple and easy.
